Glory for Me!

This is a modern-day remix of the the hymn – “The Glory Song”. The perspective is that of a university student. This version is singable – to the original tune.

When all assignments and exams are o’er
And graduation will matter no more,
Just to be close to the One I adore
Will through the ages be glory for me.

O that will be glory for me,
(No more school fees!), glory for me;
When by His grace I shall look on His face,
That will be glory, be glory for me.

When no more textbooks to buy – what a day!
No need to study my low GPA!
Near to the Saviour, to study His way
Will through the ages be glory for me.

O that will be glory for me,
(No more degrees!), glory for me;
When by His grace I shall look on His face,
That will be glory, be glory for me.

Student loans, scholarships, lifetime debt – No!
I’ve had enough of this hardship below!
Walking through heaven with Jesus, I know
Will through the ages be glory for me.

O that will be glory for me,
(No Cs or Ds!), glory for me;
When by His grace I shall look on His face,
That will be glory, be glory for me.
